Wow…some folks have way too much time on their hands!
July 27, 2009
So, every now and again, you run across someone either in real life or online that has way too much time on their hands as is the case with a particular former vendor from Etsy and Artfire. I can’t name names, but U know who U are and so does many many other beadmaker, bakers and handicraft artisans. Last year this vendor who we shall call Ms. Unethical U. Unscrupulousness, allegedly purchased many many beads from many many hardworking and creative artists and resold them in her Etsy store. Here’ s the rub…it’s not unethical to resell them, but the untalented Ms. U was reselling them as her own handiwork, when others had the purchase orders, screen shots and receipts to prove they sold the Underhanded U the beads in the first place. Anyway, she got called out and is now out for REVENGE!
Anyway, she has targeted such talented folks as Lydia Muell of Ashton Jewels, cctexan3, Lenora Gray of Lenora Designs, betsymn and Holly of Goatmountainarts and vanillabeanbakery in her one woman investigation of phony tax fraud and other such idiocities. As a member of the lampworking community and artisan myself, I’m here to say these are some of the nicest, most talented ladies around who have been unfairly misaligned by this vengeful woman and her ficticious consumer group! So go check out their great stuff on Etsy and Artfire and I’m sure you won’t be dissapointed!

Oh ,,, What a treat to stumble across this while I was checking out socialmention to see if I had to fight any more dragons tonight with the u-meister,
thank you so much for your kindness and supportiveness. When one is trying to keep a business going and fighting liars like her thru legal channels it is most tiring and can get disappointing. This just made my day! thank you again.
